Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Payment Terms: Net payment due within 30 days. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added to all delinquent accounts.
2. All designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. All products shipped FOB Deerfield Beach, Florida, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Special orders are not returnable.
5. Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. must authorize all returns. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns for any reason will be allowed after 30 days.
6. All claims for damage, shortage, etc must be made to Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. within 3 days of shipment.
7. Warranty. Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. further warrants its products for adequacy of design, when used in accordance with design criteria and properly installed. Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. cannot, and does not, make any representations regarding suitability of use or load carrying capacities of non catalog items. Non catalog products are designed by the customer and manufactured by Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. in accordance with customer specifications. All warranty obligations of Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. shall be limited, at the discretion of Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. to repair or replacement of the defective part. These remedies shall constitute Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. sole obligation to and sole remedy of the buyer under this warranty. In no event will Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage however caused. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES BEING HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
8. Indemnity. Customer modifying products or installation procedures or designing special order products for fabrication by Precision Aluminum Products, Inc., shall, regardless of specific instructions to the user, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Aluminum Products, Inc. for all claimed losses or damages occasioned in whole or in part by special order or modified part.
